The Problem
Politics. Drama. Confusion.
Busyness. Overcomplicating things. Overindexing on metrics.

These are the problems every business and organization faces.

And yet so often as leaders, we either avoid these problems or overfixate on them. We know it's an issue. We just don't know what to do about it, and we don't have the time to figure it out. So we read the leadership books and listen to the podcasts, but the ideas never make their way into our day-to-day work.

Instead, we spend 90%+ of our time focused on the "day-to-day" tasks that keep our business running, because it's familiar and it's easier to gauge we're making progress.

Unfortunately, we rarely appreciate how much these issues are impacting our business — and how much they're slowing us and our employees down.

Our Approach

Three ways we work together.

The healthiest organization in your market wins — fewer politics, less confusion, higher morale, lower turnover. It's the single greatest competitive advantage a business has, and it's buildable.

Offsite Facilitation

The 2-day offsite

Two days with your leadership team to surface the real issues, work the hard conversations, and leave aligned on what actually matters most.

Bio

Practitioner first, consultant second.

Before consulting, I spent my career inside organizations — from a Fortune 50 company to leading one myself. I've built budgets, prepared for boards, made the calls that don't have a clean answer, and felt the particular weight that comes with being the one everybody is looking at.

That's why I do this work the way I do. I'm not here to hand you a framework and leave. I'm a business consultant, not an HR consultant or a therapist. Organizational health isn't a soft metric to me — it's the primary engine for business performance.

Today, I'm a Principal Consultant with The Table Group, working with executives and their teams across the country.

Free Assessment

How healthy is your organization?

A short assessment of the things that quietly slow organizations down — politics, confusion, and the meetings that never decide anything. Seventeen questions, about five minutes.

I read every response myself and send you a note on what stands out, along with where I'd start if it were my team.

Sample questions
  • Leadership team meetings are compelling and focused only on topics that are important to the organization.
  • Leadership team members admit their mistakes and weaknesses to one another, and ask for help when they need it.
  • Leadership team members have a clear and common understanding of the organization's single most important near-term priority.
Core Concepts
